You will greet customers, resolve issues, complete 4473 forms with accuracy, maintain store presentation, and help achieve daily sales goals while following all safety and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchasing selections of firearms, ammo, tactical gear, and apparel.
• Greet customers promptly and provide responsive service.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure a positive buying experience.
• Maintain store appearance: sweep, restock, fronting, and general upkeep.
• Accurately complete 4473 and related documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of products to advise customers effectively.
• Close sales to meet store targets and goals.
• Report to store manager and follow department leads.
