Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Odessa, TX is hiring a part-time Sales Outfitter for Firearms. You will handle counter sales, greet customers, and assist with firearm and ammunition purchases while maintaining product knowledge across hunting merchandise.

You will promote CLUB memberships, handle inquiries, and ensure accurate completion of 4473 forms. The role requires a helpful, safety-conscious approach and availability to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
• Understanding of ATF Federal and State regulations.
• Experience in customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate customers’ needs.
• Make product recommendations based on analysis.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and IN Store Pick up.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Organize and maintain firearm counter merchandise.
• Keep work area clean and stocked.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
