Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Specialist I to join the Compliance and Legal Group in Newington, NH. This role ensures operations adhere to Federal firearms regulations and supports multiple internal teams daily.

The successful candidate has 1–3 years of detail-oriented experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with NFA/ATF processes, Oracle, and internal inventory systems. A fast-paced environment requires strong problem-solving and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of detail-oriented work experience.
• Knowledge of NFA vs GCA weapons and ATF requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle and internal inventory system experience preferred.
• Clear communication with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain compliance documentation with accuracy.
• Perform NFA reservations and electronic manufacturing reports.
• Complete and submit NFA forms.
• Manage open orders and allocations related to NFA.
• Conduct ATF traces and manage NFA cycle counts.
• Update FFL records in Oracle and Agile.
• Support Sales and Shipping with holds and shipments.
• Ensure daily put-away, picking, and shipments are completed.
• Process receipt transactions on day of receipt.
• Assist with serial number/account discrepancy corrections.
• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities.
• Follow Safety and ISO procedures.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
