Job Overview

Restoration 1 is America's leading independent restoration company, specializing in fire, mold, water, and plumbing damage repairs. We serve the Central Maryland and Baltimore Metro areas, including Baltimore City, Carroll, Howard, Frederick, Montgomery, and Anne Arundel counties.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dry, and remediate buildings damaged by fire, water, smoke, and mold according to IICRC standards.
• Respond to emergency calls, including after-hours and weekend shifts on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in water extraction, mold, fire restoration, light demolition, or general clean-up.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Additional Details

• Full-time position with rotational on-call schedule.
• Overtime, after-hours, and weekend shifts are expected.
• Paid training, IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification after 6 months, and opportunities for advancement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr
