Job Description:

Manage and complete jobs per work order following SERVPRO processes. Respond to service calls, set up and manage job flow, coordinate requirements, document jobs, supervise production work, and monitor jobs from start to finish. Follow all safety procedures and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Explain processes and answer customer questions
• Monitor and respond to customer needs to ensure satisfaction
• Set clear expectations and supervise Technicians
• Perform and ensure quality in production processes
• Identify and communicate safety hazards
• Resolve problems promptly
• Maintain accurate job documentation
• Control project costs
• Protect and properly use equipment and materials
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and work areas
• Engage in sales and marketing, including add-on sales

Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as needed

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Regularly lift 50 pounds; with assistance, up to 100 pounds
• Exposure to chemicals
• Long periods of walking and standing, driving, climbing, working at heights and in tight spaces
• Repetitive physical movements
