SERVPRO Carmichael/Citrus Heights Roseville/E&W Modesto/Manteca is hiring an Experienced Fire & Water Restoration Technician. This role requires hands-on experience with fire and/or water mitigation, extraction equipment, and ventilation/drying processes.

Responsibilities

Restoration Experience Required

SERVPRO® Team Carpenter is hiring an experienced Fire & Water Restoration Technician. This position is intended for candidates who have professional, hands‑on experience working fire and/or water mitigation jobs. If you have worked with extraction equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, containment, demolition, moisture documentation, and active mitigation projects, we want to talk to you.

This is not an entry‑level position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to residential and commercial fire and water losses
• Perform water extraction and mitigation
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Perform demolition and material removal
• Set up containment and follow proper PPE and safety procedures
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas when necessary

What We’re Looking For

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to meet company driving requirements for operation of company vehicles
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces
• Able to perform physically demanding work in wet, dirty, and changing environments
• Ability to successfully complete applicable pre‑employment screening following a conditional offer of employment

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
