Job summary

Amazon is seeking a UX Designer with design systems expertise to support Fire TV and Tablet while designing B2B workflows, enterprise tools for marketing experiences, and developer tools. This hybrid role blends component-building with hands-on product design for complex workflow and service design challenges.

The Devices & Services Experience Design (DXD) team collaborates across Echo, Fire TV, Fire Tablets, and the Alexa app to craft hardware and software experiences that delight customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as UX designer or similar role.
• Online portfolio available.
• Experience designing digital products and building component libraries (Figma).
• Expertise in Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, tokens.
• Experience with design systems governance and developer documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design Fire TV/Tablet components and 10-foot UI patterns.
• Write use-case docs for device-specific interactions.
• Create Fire TV HIG covering 10-foot UI patterns and remote navigation.
• Build 3P developer documentation for self-service support.
• Collaborate with PMs/engineers on B2B feature prioritization.
