PAY: $40 / hour

Position Summary

The Fire Technician will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of fire alarm and life safety systems for commercial and residential clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a positive customer-facing attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs of fire alarm and life safety systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding system performance, recommendations, and service requirements.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service.
