Johnson Controls is seeking a District Operations leader to manage the Electronic Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression delivery process, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient operations. You will oversee project engineering, CAD, installation, and coordination with customers and headquarters on a daily basis.

The role emphasizes fiscal responsibility, driving profitability for the district, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of district operation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• NICET Level II Certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Electronic Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression delivery process with focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Lead project engineering, project management, order entry, installation and technical support.
• Supervise CAD operations, installation group, and coordinate with headquarters and customers daily.
• Maintain profitability of the district and meet corporate financial goals.
• Ensure safety compliance and timely safety training adherence.
