Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years in a fire alarm installation environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience including training and performance management.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and customer interaction skills.
• NICET Level II Certification in Fire Alarm Systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to 24/7 on-call support requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, programming, and commissioning of fire alarm and electronic systems per approved designs and codes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop installation technicians through onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Plan, schedule, supervise, and coordinate installation activities across multiple projects.
• Partner with sales during the pre-bid process to support accurate labor scoping and planning.
• Maintain proactive customer communication and address installation, billing, or collection concerns.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and productivity by monitoring performance metrics and improvement actions.
