S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is hiring an Inspector Trainee to perform NFPA-based inspections of water-based fire systems, fire alarms, and extinguishers. Travel to customer sites will be required, with focus on customer development and quality workmanship.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and the ability to pursue NICET certification. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and learn NFPA codes applicable to various systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to achieve NICET certification.
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Lift 35 pounds and work on ladders/at heights.

Responsabilités

• Perform NFPA-based inspections of water-based fire systems, fire alarm systems, and fire extinguishers.
• Learn NFPA 25/ NFPA 72/ NFPA 10 inspection processes for various fire protection components.
• Document and submit work tickets and inspection reports in a timely manner.
• Travel to customer sites to perform inspections and engage with customers.
