Responsibilities

• Review plans, specs, bid documents to identify scope under guidance.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and help develop labor/material estimates.
• Research equipment pricing and obtain vendor or subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare estimate files, bid notes, and track deadlines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Drafting, and Operations for complete estimates.
• Participate in training on fire alarm, security, and estimating procedures.
