Encore Fire Protection is seeking a Fire Suppression Service Technician to inspect, test, service, and maintain fire suppression systems and portable extinguishers across commercial and industrial sites. The role is field-based with hands-on work and varied daily tasks to keep systems ready to perform when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in fire suppression system service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Comfort using hand tools and basic equipment, with the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, recharge kitchen and industrial fire suppression systems and portable extinguishers.
• Assemble, install, maintain, and repair fire suppression systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ensure all work meets NFPA and local code requirements.
• Accurately document work performed and communicate findings with customers and internal teams.
• Represent Encore professionally on every job site and provide a customer-focused experience.
• Work independently in the field and as part of a team to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
