Job summary

Encore Fire Protection, the East Coast’s largest full-service fire protection company, is seeking a Fire Suppression Service Technician in New Hampshire. You will inspect, test, service, and maintain fire suppression systems and extinguishers, performing hands-on field work across commercial and industrial sites.

Training and mentorship are available to grow in the life-safety trades. You’ll work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety, customer service, and meeting

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in fire suppression system service.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or industry-related experience preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with interest in hands-on technical work in life safety or construction.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and recharge kitchen and industrial fire suppression systems and portable extinguishers.
• Assemble, install, maintain, and repair fire suppression systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ensure work meets NFPA and local code requirements.
• Document work performed and communicate findings with customers and internal teams.
• Represent Encore professionally on every job site and work safely in the field.
