Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Fire Stopping Estimator to generate new business and deliver accurate cost estimates for access, scaffolding, and related solutions. The role combines technical estimating with sales support and project coordination across operations, engineering, and branch teams.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of providing technical expertise and strong sales support with the ability to work independently. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of Fire Stopping estimating experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Proficiency in estimating software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyze project documents and develop accurate estimates.

Responsibilities

• Actively sell and prospect end-user business to support branch sales goals.
• Generate sales leads and engage customers to understand requirements and promote BrandSafway solutions.
• Present proposals, address questions, and negotiate terms to secure business.
• Support development of branch/area sales plans and assist with major project presentations.
• Review blueprints, perform take-offs, prepare cost estimates, and develop comprehensive proposals.
• Coordinate pricing with subcontractors and ensure bid formats meet company standards.
