Job summary

M.C. Dean is hiring a Sprinkler Service Technician II to perform inspection, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire sprinkler systems on customer sites across the region. The role requires strong technical skills, self-organization, and a focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include documenting results, evaluating system condition, and providing clear upgrade recommendations while supporting junior staff. A Top-Secret clearance may be required for certain accesses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus Fire Sprinkler ITM experience.
• NICET II certification or progress toward NICET II/III preferred.
• Experience inspecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing fire sprinkler systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire sprinkler systems.
• Document inspections, test results, deficiencies, and repairs accurately.
• Coordinate with service coordinators and customers for timely service delivery.
• Train junior technicians and apprentices on site.
