This role requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Top-Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or 4 years with a technology degree required.
• Experience as fire sprinkler service technician or equivalent.
• Knowledge of applicable NFPA standards required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire sprinkler systems.
• Service system components including sprinklers, valves, piping and standpipes.
• Provide clear, code-compliant repair and upgrade recommendations.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and ITM practices

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong customer service and communication skills

Education

High School Diploma with 5 years relevant experience or 2 years technology degree and 4 years relevant experience
