Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with technical or industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with NFPA codes and general fire protection standards.
• Able to read and understand blueprints and system drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.
• Experience with lifts and OSHA safety practices.
• Three or more years in inspecting, servicing, or repairing fire sprinkler systems (standout).
• NICET certification in water-based systems inspection, testing, or layout (standout).

Responsibilities

• Service, test, inspect, and troubleshoot basic to complex fire sprinkler systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs with accuracy and care.
• Identify issues not meeting code requirements and recommend fixes or upgrades.
• Coordinate with contractors, building staff, and internal teams to schedule service calls.
• Document findings and repairs in line with NFPA standards and company policy.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain professional conduct on every job site.
