Job summary

The Hiller Companies is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to inspect, test, repair, and maintain fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA 25. You will work with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure safe operation and compliance.

Responsibilities

Inspect, test, repair, and maintain fire sprinkler systems to NFPA 25 standards.
Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection findings and deficiencies.
Test system components: sprinklers, valves, piping, pumps, controls.
Inspect piping, fittings, and connections for corrosion or leaks; recommend repairs.
Perform maintenance tasks, replace damaged parts, clean components, and adjust settings.
Document all service activities using the Service Trade platform.
Coordinate with Deficiency Sellers to prepare repair estimates and notes.
Interact professionally with clients to schedule work and discuss findings.
Support scheduling and material requisitions to optimize workflows.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment following company protocols.
