Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience as Fire Sprinkler Inspector (preferred).
• NICET I Certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of NFPA code requirements.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in Fire & Life Safety industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service and maintenance on wet, dry, pre-action, deluge and foam systems in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
• Identify and diagnose issues with fire suppression systems.
• Provide customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Manage job scheduling and progress with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on system functionality and safety procedures.
• Complete and submit all required task-related documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain and care of equipment – trucks, lifts, tools, etc.
