Job summary

Fire Safety First is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Repair Foreman to lead the repair team across Southern California. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction as you supervise technicians, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure timely completion of service work on sprinkler systems.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years in the field with Foreman or supervisory experience, NFPA/CA Code knowledge, and a valid Cal Fire Fitter Certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5–10 years of experience with Foreman or supervisor responsibilities.
• Knowledge of NFPA13, NFPA25 and California Fire Code required.
• Valid Cal Fire Fitter Certification required.
• Safety training specific to the role required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and support fire sprinkler repair technicians while maintaining safety and quality.
• Perform installation, modifications and repairs of fire sprinkler systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, service and repairs of sprinkler systems.
• Read inspection reports, product sheets, manuals, drawings, and fire codes.
• Coordinate daily work activities, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure on-time completion.
• Provide guidance and training to technicians to promote skill development and safety.
