Job summary

Guardian South Inc. is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead field crews in the installation and service of commercial fire sprinkler systems in Southern California. This in-person, hands-on leadership role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.

The position requires five years of experience, a current CalFire Commercial Sprinkler Fitter license, and the ability to read drawings and coordinate with customers and contractors. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in fire sprinkler system installation and service.
• Current CalFire Commercial Sprinkler Fitter license is required.
• Knowledge of wet, dry, and pre‑action systems; backflow and fire pumps.
• Familiarity with NFPA 13, 20, 24, and 25 code requirements.
• Ability to read fire system design drawings and use trade tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to install prefabricated fire sprinkler piping.
• Oversee service and tenant improvement projects for existing facilities.
• Coordinate with customers and contractors to resolve field conflicts.
• Manage job scheduling and project progression efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Maintain site safety and high-quality standards.
