Job summary

Fire Safety First is a full-service fire protection company serving all of Southern California, seeking a Foreman to lead and support a team of sprinkler technicians. The role requires strong supervision, installation, repair, and code-compliant service delivery with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will read inspection reports, coordinate work, and ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5–10 years in the fire protection field with supervisory/foreman experience.
  • Knowledge of NFPA13, NFPA25, and CA Fire Code required.
  • Valid Cal Fire Fitter Certification required.
  • Safety training specific to the role including CAL OSHAs guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, direct, and support fire sprinkler repair technicians to complete service work with safety and quality.
  • Conduct installation, modifications and repairs of fire sprinkler systems.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, service, and repairs of sprinkler systems.
  • Identify code violations and recommend compliant solutions.
  • Coordinate daily work activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet schedules.
  • Produce legible, accurate reporting and work orders on time.
