Job summary

Encore Fire Protection, the east coast's largest full-service fire protection company, is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to lead sprinkler installation projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate technicians, customers, and internal teams, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in project leadership within sprinkler trades, reads shop drawings, and can travel within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a project-focused or field leadership role within sprinkler or related trades.
• Ability to read and interpret sprinkler shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, construction plans, specs.
• Ability to work at heights and lift at least 50 pounds; valid driver's license and travel willingness.
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the go-to resource for sprinkler foremen and field crews, helping troubleshoot issues.
• Owning customer communication, setting clear expectations, and resolving questions quickly.
• Building and maintaining schedules, coordinating resources, and adjusting plans as priorities shift.
• Tracking progress against scope and timeline, escalating risks early, and clearing roadblocks.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to align labor, materials, and deliverables for sprinkler systems.
• Collaborating with designers, fabrication, purchasing, and operations to ensure materials and drawings are available.
• Participating in site walks, job meetings, and inspections to maintain momentum and relationships.
• Representing Encore professionally with customers, vendors, and partners.
