Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems seeks an experienced Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee fire sprinkler projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, timelines, and budgets are met. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and deep knowledge of fire protection systems.

Applicants should have 10+ years in sprinkler installation and at least 3 years in project management within fire protection, with proficiency in MS Office and NFPA/FM standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of fire sprinkler installation experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in fire protection or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and FM Global standards.
• Technical understanding of Wet, Dry, Preaction and Deluge sprinkler systems.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and coordination of manpower and materials for sprinkler projects.
• Review and approve project drawings, submittals, and fabricate lists.
• Ensure AHJ permitting requirements are met.
• Monitor project budgets and financials for cost savings.
• Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings.
• Communicate project status with field personnel, customers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track changes affecting scope and costs.
