Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead fire sprinkler and suppression projects from kickoff to closeout in the Murrieta area. You will coordinate field teams, liaise with clients, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while upholding NFPA and OSHA standards.

The role requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to manage risks and resources across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the fire protection industry, focused on sprinkler systems.
• Project management certifications are highly desirable.
• Proven project management experience in a service-based environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple fire sprinkler/projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate clients, technicians, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Develop project scopes, estimates, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, AHJ regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor scheduling, and field service dispatching.
