Job summary

Judd Fire Protection LLC is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to lead fire protection projects from start to finish. You will oversee design, permits, procurement, scheduling and field installation to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5+ years in project management within fire protection, strong code knowledge, and excellent communication. This position is on-site and demands safety compliance and quality execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in construction project management, preferably fire protection.
• Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems and codes.
• Good written and verbal communication, technically inclined, eager to learn.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain job stability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple fire sprinkler projects from design to final closeout.
• Manage design, permits, material delivery, labor planning and field installation.
• Maintain documentation: RFIs, letters, permits, change orders, closeout.
• Communicate project progress and financial status; assist with change orders.
• Support risk management and ensure safety protocols and compliance.
