Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple fire sprinkler projects from inception to finish.
• Ensure design, permits, materials, labor, and installation align with schedule and budget.
• Maintain project documentation: RFIs, permits, change orders, closeout requirements.
• Communicate progress and financial status; support billing within project scope.
• Identify and research change orders; prepare in-house estimates and proposals.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
