Judd Fire Protection LLC is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems in commercial and residential buildings. You will supervise crew members, enforce safety protocols, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lift at least 50 pounds
• Climb ladders and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, kneeling, and walking
• Drive to job sites and work at various locations
• Supervise and mentor crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members
