Judd Fire Protection LLC is seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to lead our fire sprinkler projects from inception to closeout. You will oversee design, permits, material delivery, scheduling, and field installation while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5+ years in construction project management with strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and applicable codes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in construction project management, preferably fire protection.
• Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and applicable codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple fire sprinkler projects from design to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with codes, permits, and safety requirements.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and change orders; maintain cash flow.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contracts administration, field supervision, and engineering teams.
• Prepare in-house estimates and proposals as needed.
