Job summary

Cosco Fire Protection in Spokane Valley, WA seeks a Contract Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee fire protection installation projects from design through completion. The role requires coordinating with clients, architects/engineers, and internal teams to ensure schedules, permits, materials, and labor align with project plans.

You will lead weekly progress meetings, manage change orders and costs, and ensure adherence to AHJ requirements and company procedures while delivering strong customer

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand fire protection and system drawings
• Establish and maintain communication with customers and other contractors pertaining to work schedules, progress reports, change orders, etc.
• Manage multiple projects and make recommendations in response to changing conditions to meet contract schedules
• Leadership and record-keeping skills
• Familiar with project management software such as Procore and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee and communicate project progression from inception to completion including design, permits, material delivery, labor schedules and field installation
• Develop a comprehensive project plan to meet schedules and budgets
• Conduct weekly Work in Progress (Minutes) meetings
• Coordinate change orders and drive margin improvement on every project
• Manage project budgets and submit change orders and billing timely
