Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of fire sprinkler experience required, including 2 years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with NFPA code requirements and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage fire sprinkler and fire protection projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, work plans, budgets, and task assignments with technical team members.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, project updates, and issue resolution.
• Manage project controls and documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, extra work authorizations, and records.
• Lead project progress meetings and collaborate with technical staff, field personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support efficient project delivery.
• Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, revenue, cash flow, subcontractor billings, and payments.
• Conduct field visits and inspections to verify quality and compliance with NFPA/OSHA standards.
