Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. in Maumee, OH is hiring for an on-site role focused on quality inspections of life safety product lines, including sprinkler systems. You will work with low voltage wiring, learn to complete service acknowledgements, and follow a structured inspection schedule.

Qualifications

Proficient troubleshooting of sprinkler systems and related equipment.
Ability to read diagrams, submittals and manuals.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and handle up to 50-70 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, testing, servicing, installing and preventative maintenance of life safety product lines.
Work with low voltage wiring and devices for operation of equipment.
Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding via laptops or paper.
Maintain a structured inspection schedule and archive documentation.
Make minor repairs and programming changes under supervision.
Complete assigned inspections on time and perform other duties as assigned.
