Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety in Casper, WY is seeking an experienced foreman to oversee 2–3 person crews on fire sprinkler system service, inspections, and maintenance. The role requires strong leadership, on-site coordination, and adherence to NFPA 13/25.

Responsibilities include performing system checks, preparing detailed inspection reports, and providing advanced technical assistance to teammates and customers. A clean driving record and ability to travel to out-of-town sites are required.

Qualifications

• Must have lead capacity and work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Must be flexible with scheduling including evenings, weekends, and out-of-town assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on sprinkler systems.
• Service and inspections of wet, dry and pre-action systems.
• Inspect, maintain, repair, or replace sprinkler equipment per codes and standards.
• Lead 2–3 person crews on customer sites when required.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and document issues and results.
• Provide advanced technical assistance to teammates and customers as needed.
• Teach trade skills to apprentices and helpers.
