Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Estimator / Sales Project Manager for fire sprinkler systems. You will manage projects from estimate through closeout, ensuring profitability and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, contracts, specs, performing hydraulic and pipe sizing calculations, and coordinating with general contractors, field teams, and design staff. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Fire sprinkler estimating and project management experience.
• Knowledge of fire protection drawings and construction documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD/Revit a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage fire sprinkler installations.
• Review drawings, contracts, specs, and change orders.
• Perform hydraulic, pipe sizing, hydrant, and seismic calculations.
• Coordinate with GC’s, field, and design teams.
• Track budgets, labor, materials, RFIs, and change orders.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules and profitability.
