Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for fire sprinkler systems, service work, repairs, upgrades, and new construction projects.

The ideal candidate will read construction drawings, apply NFPA requirements, price material, labor, equipment, and subcontractors, and develop proposals from scope through award. You will collaborate with customers, contractors, sales, engineering, and field operations to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field or experience.
3+ years of fire sprinkler estimating or related fire protection experience.
Strong knowledge of NFPA 13/14/20 and local codes.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and bid documents.
Experience pricing material, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Review plans and bid documents to determine fire protection requirements.
Prepare detailed estimates for fire sprinkler installations, repairs, and upgrades.
Estimate projects from small service work to large $100K–$1M+ bids.
Develop material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.
Prepare accurate proposals and communicate scope with stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and field teams during bidding.
Maintain records of estimates, proposals, and bid documents.
