A fire protection company in Town of Florida is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Estimator to assist in making profitable business decisions. This role requires analytical and detail-oriented individuals with a track record in estimation and construction. Responsibilities include understanding project scopes, collecting documentation, researching costs, negotiating bids, and submitting estimates. Ideal candidates have strong mathematical and analytical skills and are proficient in relevant software.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Estimator is preferred.
• Previous experience in Construction is preferred.
• Ability to forecast building costs and knowledge of estimation formulas.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will assist the company in making profitable business decisions by gathering information and preparing accurate estimates. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has a proven track record as an Estimator.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand the project scope and requirements by studying documentation, construction drawings, meeting with clients, and visiting relevant locations
• Collect necessary documentation such as plans, drawings, and project specifications
• Determine the key variables for cost and conduct research to determine expected labor and materials costs
• Gather bids and negotiate with service providers to secure the best possible prices
• Create and submit estimates to project managers

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Estimator is preferred
• Previous experience in Construction is preferred
• Ability to forecast building costs and knowledge of estimation formulas
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Skilled in relevant software (BlueBeam, Adobe, BuildingConnect, ProCore, and Outlook)
• Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills
