Qualifications

• 2-year associate degree in related technology is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• NICET Level 1 and 2 certifications to be obtained within the first year.
• Fire Alarm System knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle service, installation, programming, and startup of Access Control, Burglary, Fire, Parking Revenue, Surveillance, and related systems.
• Primary markets include Commercial Office, Data Centers, Government, Industrial, Healthcare, and Education.
• Troubleshoot commercial access control and related systems and coordinate network integration with IT staff.
• Document operation and maintenance and communicate changes with Applications Engineer.
• Attend turnover meetings and provide sales support to assist Project Manager.
