Johnson Controls is seeking a Fire Service Manager in Canton, MA to lead a team of technicians and administrative staff delivering Fire Alarm and Security services. You will ensure contracts are fulfilled, improve customer relations, and drive service excellence.

Strong leadership, budgeting, and safety compliance skills are required, with a background in integrated systems sales/service and a degree in business or engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or engineering (or equivalent).
• 5–10 years in integrated systems sales/service with supervisory experience.
• Proficient with MS Office; Oracle knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction by supervising technicians and administrators in Fire Alarm and Security services.
• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and resolve service/collection issues.
• Lead revenue, budgeting, and safety/compliance efforts for the service department.
