Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years’ experience in an integrated systems sales/service environment with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service team to meet contractual obligations and resolve customer issues.
• Oversee Fire Alarm and Security systems services for district customers.
• Manage service department within the approved financial plan (expenses, AR/collections, personnel, capex, inventory).
• Develop staff through training, evaluations, and performance improvement actions.
• Ensure safety compliance under corporate EH&S programs and policies.
