Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, repair, and maintain pre-engineered fire suppression systems.
• Inspect, repair, and replace fire extinguishers.
• Inspect, repair, and replace emergency lighting.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify necessary repairs.
• Educate customers on fire protection equipment and code compliance.
• Complete accurate service documentation.
• Respond promptly to service calls and provide exceptional customer service.
