Job summary

State Systems is seeking a Fire Protection Sales/Service Technician for the Jonesboro, AR area. The role blends sales and hands-on service, letting you install and inspect extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and exit lighting while building new client relationships.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong communication, organizational, and mechanical skills, willing to travel nights and weekends. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Sells services and products within assigned territory, maintaining quotas.
• Identify prospects utilizing lead generation techniques.
• Present sales proposals and highlight features/advantages over competitors.
• Follow up with prospects.
• Inspect, service, install fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems.
• Process work orders and paperwork according to procedures.
