Job summary

State Systems, Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Fire Protection Sales/Service Technician. The role blends sales and hands-on service, including installation and maintenance of extinguishers, fire suppression, and exit lighting, while building relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Windows-based software and MS Office.
• Strong communication, negotiating and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sells services and products within assigned territory and meets quota.
• Identify prospects using lead generation techniques.
• Present sales proposals highlighting features and advantages.
• Follow up with prospects.
• Inspect, service, install extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and exit lighting.
• Process work orders and complete paperwork per procedures.
