Qualifications

• BS in Fire Protection Engineering with 10–15 years licensed engineer experience.
• Engineer of Record in multiple states.
• Strong collaboration with architects, engineers and clients.
• Experience delivering Construction Documents and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Implement engineering projects with CD, coordination, permitting, bidding and construction administration.
• Ensure high quality assurance on documents, specs and RFI responses.
• Lead project design discussions with owner and project team.
• Estimate man-hours and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Mentor engineering staff to produce high quality construction documents.
