Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection Engineering and 10-15 years as a licensed engineer.
• Engineer of Record in multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of codes and building standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement engineering projects including Construction Documents and permit coordination.
• Coordinate with disciplines and manage bidding and construction administration.
• Ensure QA on documents and RFI responses.
• Lead project teams, meet with Project Architect/Manager to discuss scope, budget and schedule.
• Maintain design standards and coordinate with vendors and senior engineers.
