Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in construction management, business, engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of construction, service operations, project coordination, or administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular attendance and willingness to work extended hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Track project budgets, change orders, purchase orders, and job costs.
• Coordinate material procurement and subcontractor activities.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and contract administration.
• Communicate project updates to customers, field teams, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones and help resolve scheduling or operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company, customer, and safety requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
