Job summary

Desert Fire Team is seeking a skilled expert to perform testing and inspection of fire protection systems and equipment, ensuring installations comply with applicable laws, codes, and standards in Las Vegas. This role focuses on accurate reporting, defect documentation, and coordinating corrective actions with clients and service teams.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and at least two years of relevant experience, with strong attention to safety and regulatory compliance in fire

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in testing and maintenance of fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspection reports and documentation of deficiencies and improvements.
• Coordinate corrective actions between client and service.
• Test and inspect fire protection systems to ensure installation compliance with laws and codes.
• Verify systems per design specifications.
• Provide accurate inspection reports noting violations and recommended actions.
• Coordinate replacement or repair of equipment with client and service personnel.
• Coordinate work with client and other departments and ensure closeout.
