Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Fire Protection Trade Manager to lead field installation for new construction projects in the Fredericksburg area. You will oversee manpower, ensure work aligns with design, budget and schedule, and mentor crews to improve workmanship and productivity.

The role requires extensive supervision experience, strong safety focus and the ability to report to multiple job sites with varied hours. Exceptional leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• 10 years of commercial fire protection supervision.
• 10 years of hands-on fire protection trade work or equivalent experience.
• Strong safety standards knowledge and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead foremen, fitters, mechanics and apprentices.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites and varied schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee fire protection field manpower to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Mentor foremen, fitters, mechanics and apprentices with instruction and feedback.
• Document and communicate changes and issues to the team.
• Coordinate with Construction on planning, progress and open issues.
• Maintain safety and incident reporting procedures and company policies.
