Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial fire protection supervision and 10+ years of hands-on fire protection trade work
• Proficiency in fire protection field supervision
• High regard for safety standards with organizational skills
• Extensive knowledge of fire protection system installation
• Eagerness to take on challenges and work through adversity
• Must be able to multi-task, follow instructions, and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Must adhere to all company policy and procedures
• Clean driving record
• Must be available to report to multiple job sites as assigned

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire protection field manpower to ensure construction aligns with design, budget, and schedule
• Oversee day-to-day fire protection field personnel across jobs to ensure quality and productivity
• Document changes and relay information; act as team leader
• Coordinate with Construction team on open issues during planning and build
• Focus on output quality to meet company vision
• Establish and maintain department standards
• Oversee interviewing, hiring, and training of fire protection staff; plan, assign, and direct work
• Ensure safety and incident reporting procedures are followed and escalate issues
• Oversee total fire protection field construction to meet design, budget and schedule
• Ensure staff comply with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain personnel logs and documentation
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions
• Perform other duties as assigned
