Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Fire Protection Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for fire protection projects. You will supervise journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while aligning with design, budget, and schedule.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience in fire protection, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across management, staff, customers, and vendors to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial fire protection supervision.
• 10+ years of hands-on fire protection trade work or equivalent experience.
• Strong safety orientation and organizational skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and supervise diverse field teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire protection field manpower to ensure work aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
• Supervise day-to-day field personnel and ensure quality, standards, and productivity.
• Communicate with the team about open issues and progress; lead actions to resolve.
